1. If you already have a Smart-ID account

After giving consent and choosing the application folder, you can add your Smart-ID account by entering your National Number. Select the country code that goes with your National Number.

At this moment (Q4-2024) the following countries can be selected:

BE: Belgium

EE: Estonia

LT: Lithuania

LV-Latvia

Hoping more to come soon!

Press the check button after entering National Number. The application will check if it can find an existing account and link it to the application.

If the application has been able to link your account you will be directed to the inbox.

If the application has not been able to link you account you see a red warning on top of the screen. Either register an account or review if you have entered the correct national number.

2. If you do not have a Smart-ID account

Press the light grey rectangle Smart-ID and you will be guided to the portal that permits you to create your account.

3. If you do not have an account and you do not want to register just yet

Just press the X in the right top corner and you will be directed to the inbox. Please be aware that if you do not use a Smart-ID account you will need a card reader and an additional installation of the Trust1Connector.
