The Signed tab

After successfully signing a document the application transfers the document from the inbox to the signed tab.

The following information is visible in this screen:

Document

Name of the uploaded document. The green circle behind the name of the document indicates that you have not viewed the document. The green circle will disappear once you viewed the document.

Type

Indicates that it is a PDF or a PDF/A document. For PDF documents a small warning is given that it is recommended to convert the document to a PDF/A document.

Size

Indicate the size of the document

Updated

This field indicates the date and time that the document was updated

Owner

Indicates the owner of the document

Source

Indicates if the user uploaded the file or the CMS system pushed the file in the inbox.

Action buttons

Three action buttons with functionality as explained below

Actions

There are five action buttons behind each document

The green eye is the view button (viewing a document)

The blue checkmark is the validation button (validating a document). Tapping this button will open the validation report for this document in the validation tab. A subscription is required

The black inbox moves the document back to the inbox tab. This button allows you to sign documents multiple time (signing a document on more than one page)

The red bin is the remove button (removing a document)

The black enveloppe button opens your file explorer and the folder in which the signed document is saved. Drag and drop it in an e-mail to send it.
