Your application folder is essential to the correct working of the application. So do not mess around to much here. Accessing your application folder from the file explorer can be handy if you are looking for a signed document. This section explains how your application folder is structured and where you can find signed documents.

Your application folder has 3 items:

  1. The database (lsa_db.db) in which a lot of information is stored so that the application works correctly. Deleting this database will lead to malfunctioning of the application.

  2. _uploaded folder which consists of two subfolders

    1. _external which holds all the files that the CMS pushed to your inbox and that you have not signed yet.

    2. local which holds all the files that the you have uploaded in your inbox and have not signed yet. You can manually add files to the _local folder. They will be recognised by the application.

  1. _archived folder which consists of three subfolders

    1. _external which holds all the files that the CMS pushed to your inbox and that you have signed

    2. _local which holds all the files that the you have uploaded in your inbox and have signed

    3. _installers: this is a system folder that you should leave untouched for the proper functioning of the application.

If you have signed a document, you will see that the unsigned document and the signed version of the document are located in the application folder. The signed document will have the extension _signed added to its name.
