The inbox: signing documents

After uploading files in the upload section, you will find them in your inbox section. If a CMS system is linked to the SimpleSign App the CMS system can push documents in the inbox of a user.

The white number in black circle next to the word Inbox on top of the screen indicates the number of documents you have in your inbox that still need to be handled.

The following information is visible in this screen:

Document

Name of the uploaded document. The green circle behind the name of the document indicates that you have not viewed the document. The green circle will disappear once you viewed the document.

Type

Indicates that it is a PDF or a PDF/A document. For PDF documents a small warning is given that it is recommended to convert the document to a PDF/A document.

Size

Indicates the size of the document

Added

Indicates the date and time that the document was added

Owner

Indicates the owner of the document

Source

Indicates if the user uploaded the file or the CMS system pushed the file in the inbox.
