Scrolling through a document

Pressing the green eye-button behind the document will display the document in a pop-up window on the left side of the screen. On top of the screen you will see the name of the document that you are viewing, the number of pages in the document and the buttons <PREV> and <NEXT>. These two buttons allow you to move back and forward through the document.

Clicking on the right of the document in the inbox screen or on the X-button on the top right of the document will close the document.

Do not push the red radio button on the top left corner to close the document, because this will close the SimpleSign App and not only the document.

Positioning the Signature box

When viewing a document, on top of the document there is green button in the left corner "show signature".

Clicking on this button will

  1. display a light orange rectangle in the bottom right corner of the document. In this rectangle your digital signature will be placed. You can reposition the rectangle by hovering over it and then drag it to the place where you want your digital signature to be placed. The chosen position of the signature box is saved automatically.

If your document has more than one page, first scroll to the page where you want to place your signature box. Position it where you want to place your digital signature. Close the document.

You can hide the signature box by pressing the hide signature on the top left of the screen.
